Farbeware Walmart Hard Handle and Soft Handle 2020 development. Entire refreshed Tools & Gadget Line for Walmart based on Sales data from retailer as well as balancing overall design and function feedback from consumer review data.
Managed overall handle standards and consistency within both Hard Handle and Soft Handle Lines. Overseeing multiple designers and coordinating with Engineering Team to ensure proper workflow and design stages were met.
Dealing with a large retailer like Walmart, the challenge mainly came from overall manufacturing volume. This meant dealing with multiple factories and quality of production. Certain items needed to be modified over a few year span with color matching, surface finish matching, and different factory capabilities and being factored in.
