Paderno Kitchen Tools

Created and managed the Kitchen Tool line for Canadian brand, Paderno. Ensuring benchmarks and stage gates were met and approved. Working directly with Paderno design and management team to ensure the development of the Kitchen Tools aligned with existing Small Electronics and Cookware line.

Oversaw 20 new items developed, ranging from wood tools to Stanless Steel Tools. Coordinating with internal design team, Paderno team and Factories to create timelines and checkpoints throughout the design and manufacturing process.

While working on this project, it was important for me to develop new tracking systems to smoothly move through each phase of design. Many items in this line required a manufacturing method that our factories were not familiar with. Communication between the factories and Paderno were critical in maintaining an efficient workflow allowing for a quick timeline and successful product launch.
